We are looking for an Aftersales Coordinator to join our Rotterdam team. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high level of service to our customers and supporting business growth in Central Europe for spare parts and retrofits.

Fully responsible for offering spare parts and retrofitting to our customers and follow up on offers promptly and efficiently
Work together with the Rotterdam team and other Sperre offices to develop and expand our After Sales business
Handle the process from order to delivery and invoicing, including support with picking and packing ensuring fast and smooth transactions
Manage inventory by ordering and updating incoming parts in our warehouse and system
Assist in account receivables, warranty - and claims processes together with the sales and finance teams
Competences & experiences
Min. 5 years experience, MBO+ level and strong affinity with the marine and/or service industry
Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills and commercial mindset
Result-driven, organized, responsible and independent
Good communication skills both oral and written in Dutch and English
Team player with a hands-on and practical approach
Cultural awareness and experience in an international setting are a plus
Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems is desirable
