Proper filtration and drying aligned with system requirements and ambient conditions reduce impurities and humidity in the air systems. Sperre delivers customized packages for all compressed air solutions needed onboard the vessel, or on the plant. The solutions obtain all purity classes according to ISO 8573-1:2010 – for both low- and high pressure systems.
Refrigerant dryers
Refrigerant air dryers are designed to efficiently separate water from compressed air systems with pressure dew points rated at +3, +5, +7 & +10 °C in accordance to ISO8573-1. Condensed water is separated from the main compressed air stream which enables efficient and reliable operation, fast installation and simple maintenance.
In addition to this, we also deliver a wide range of cyclone separators and air filters for removal of solid particles, water and oil aerosols according to ISO8573-1. Through our expertise, we calculate dryer and filtration sizes according to your scope.
Adsorption dryers
Heatless regenerated adsorption dryers are designed for continuous separation of water vapour from compressed air thus reducing the dew point rated at -25, -40 & -70 °C (Max 16 bar) and -25, -40 & -55 °C (Max 50 bar) in accordance with ISO standards.
The adsorption dryer consists of two columns, filled with desiccant and designed to operate alternately. Adsorption takes place under pressure in the first column while the second column regenerates.
In addition to this, we also deliver a wide range of cyclone separators and air filters for removal of solid particles, water and oil aerosols in accordance with ISO8573-1.
